A customer calls us after hours and claims to have left a voicemail however we have no records in our voicemail box of this call, or emails of it (vsf is enabled)?
We had successfully received around 10 other calls which came through to voicemail during after hours as well. If the line from our ISP (also our telecommunications provider) went down then certainly he wouldnt’ve have been able to reach voicemail.
